This Level 1 workshop will cover a basic overview of Reiki and wil focus on self care to share with family and friends. You will receive an Attunement, which opens up your energy channels allowing you to connect with and offer Reiki energy. Participants will learn the history of Reiki, fundamental principals, intention setting and hand placements. Additionally, you’ll learn how to give Reiki to animals, plants, food and objects. Level 1 also includes cleansing the energy field and balancing the chakras.
