Reiki (a bit of history)
Reiki has a fascinating history rooted in Japanese spiritual practices. The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," meaning universal, and "ki," meaning life energy or vital force. The founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui, is credited with developing this holistic healing system in the early 20th century.
Mikao Usui was a Japanese Buddhist monk and spiritual seeker who embarked on a quest for healing and enlightenment. Teaching at a Christian school, he was challenged by his students about the healing abilities of Christ and could not continue teaching until he understood these miracles. Looking for the answer, he underwent a 21-day meditation and fasting retreat on Mount Kurama, where he experienced a profound spiritual awakening. During this transformative experience, he received the ancient Reiki symbols and the knowledge of how to use them for healing.
Usui's traditional system of healing, known as Usui Reiki Ryoho, is based on the idea that life energy flows through all living things. When this energy is low or blocked, it can result in physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances. Reiki aims to channel universal life energy through the practitioner's hands to the recipient, promoting relaxation, balance, and well-being.

These courses provide the student with a profound understanding of Reiki and Energy Medicine. Each level provides powerful energy healing techniques, enriches self-development and deepens an understanding of spiritual awareness and safety.
Contact Hours are complementary and available for Registered Nurses in all 50 States once training is completed. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number 17502 for 4-8 contact hours depending on class selected.

Reiki Training
Reiki stimulates your body’s innate healing resources, encouraging a return to wellness. It blends easily with and enhances all healing methods and is a beautiful addition to conventional medicine. It will gently release old emotional patterns and can help overcome the pressures of career, relationships, parenting and finances. It promotes the highest good for all living things and enables you to access your own inner wisdom and creativity, as well as expand your consciousness and spiritual awareness.
Reiki energy can be hands on or sent at a distance. Reiki offers no extra time and there’s no need for additional focus as touch is activated with Reiki on, Reiki off. It provides comfort, lifts mood, is natural with no side effects, non-toxic, non- addictive, leaves your mind clear and improves your quality of life.
Reiki level I training
Level 1 covers a basic overview of Reiki and focuses on self care to share with family and friends. You will receive an Attunement by a qualified Reiki Master which opens up your energy channels allowing you to connect with and offer Reiki energy. Practitioners learn the history of Reiki, fundamental principals, intention setting and hand placements. Learn how to give Reiki to animals, plants, food and objects. Level 1 also includes cleansing the energy field and balancing the chakras.
Reiki Level II training
In Level 2, practitioners are introduced to Reiki mantras & symbols, which enhance the flow and focus of energy. You will receive the Level II Attunement by a Reiki Master Teacher which exponentially increases the amount of Reiki energy you can connect with and offer. Learn the application of these symbols and also perform distance healing, which can send Reiki energy across time and space to help others. Practitioners enhance their spiritual development and can learn to address deeper emotional issues and promote mental clarity and balance.
REIKI LEVEL III Master PRACTITIONER training
Mastery and Teaching: Level 3 is referred to as the Reiki Master level. It involves a deeper commitment to Reiki practice, mastery, and spiritual growth. It involves a personal journey of self-discovery and enlightenment. Learn advanced healing techniques and the Reiki Master symbol and mantra. Receive the Reiki Master Attunement by a Reiki Master of Masters which enables you to offer a concentrated amount of Reiki in a shorter period of time. This level accelerates your personal growth and spiritual awareness. Learn the attunement process for Reiki Level 1.
Reiki Level Iv Master Teacher training
Mastery and Teaching: Level 4, is taught in combination with Level 3. Practitioners receive the advanced knowledge, skills, and teaching materials for teaching Reiki Levels 1 & 2 as a formal class in a variety of settings. You will learn the Attunement process for Reiki Level 2. Cultivate your own self-mastery, enhance your ability to hold space for others, identify your voice as a teacher, strengthen your energetic boundaries, and hone your skills and style as a facilitator.
Reiki level V Master of Masters training
Mastery and Teaching: Level 5 focuses on learning the intricacies of practicing and refining the ability to teach Reiki Levels 3 & 4. Learn how to perform the Reiki Master Attunement ceremony to empower Reiki 2 practitioners to become Reiki Masters. Receive instruction and materials in conducting Reiki Master training classes. Deepen your spiritual knowledge, by exploring advanced spiritual concepts related to energy healing and reflect on your spiritual journey and growth.
Reiki Refresher
A Reiki refresher is designed for individuals who have already completed a Reiki training program but wish to review and reinforce their knowledge and skills. These courses are beneficial for practitioners who may have taken a break from practicing Reiki or want to deepen their understanding and confidence in their abilities. It’s a great way for practitioners to re-energize their practice, gain new perspectives, and ensure that they are providing effective and balanced energy healing.
