After a breakup, moving back in with my family, and beginning therapy, I found myself in the midst of a life transition that led me to do a lot of soul-searching to find my true self. Although I began to develop my own practices (yoga, meditation, therapy, art) to heal, I was still feeling stuck and I needed help releasing fear, shame, and anxiety.
Before working with her, I had begun the work of re-learning how to love myself. I would tell myself daily, “I love myself, I forgive myself, I am enough, I am exactly where I am supposed to be. “I said these things daily, but it felt like I was trying to convince myself.
After meeting with Paula, something shifted inside of me. I began to believe those things. My therapist described it beautifully by saying, “Your heart caught up with your mind”. That’s exactly what it feels like. My life situations have not changed, but my perception about myself, and my current situation, has changed and that has made me so much happier and at peace.
The greatest result has been a significant decrease in anxiety. While I was working with Paula, she said, “Your spirit is not anxious. You just have to remember to breathe”. Hearing this felt so liberating and so empowering. Growing up, I learned to express love through fear, and that you showed that you cared by worrying.
Now that I’m learning to reconnect with my true self, that sort of anxious and codependence no longer fits, so I have been working on noticing my anxiety, facing my fears, breathing, and changing the story. I’m learning to breathe through it and it has worked! I am re-learning.
It feels amazing and liberating to face something that would have been paralyzing before and know that I have the choice to trust and let it go. I didn’t know how to do that before!
This was my first time doing this sort of work. Paula made me feel safe and comfortable and thoroughly explained what she would be doing.

When I first got in contact with Paula I was 23 years old and had dealt with depression, anxiety and a significant stuttering problem for the majority of my life. When I was told about the Divine Intervention Healing Paula does, I was very skeptical because of my nature and past experiences I have had with Therapists. Long story short, my Aunt asked Paula to do a healing for me and it changed and transformed my life in a multitude of ways. I had a long distance healing while I slept.
The morning after Paula did the healing I had not checked my Email to see if she had sent me a message, however, I knew by how I was feeling mentally, physically and emotionally that a big change had already occurred and fast! I noticed that when speaking, I had a lot less pressure on my vocal chords and I stuttered significantly less, almost none at all.
